Rainy days in the Fall make me want to stay in and bake. This time of year I love everything pumpkin. Yes, I’m one of those people who enjoy pumpkin everything so much! I thought I’d share my favorite recipe, which comes from a very old cook book. You can tweak it the way you like it, and it’s very simple to make.  Pumpkin bread- Ingredients- 1 canned pumpkin, 1 1/4 vegetable oil, 3 eggs, 2 cups sugar, 3 cups flour, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon salt. Mix dry ingredients first, then slowly add wet ingredients. Mix well by stirring. Grease two loaf pans. Pour batter into pans carefully. Bake 350 for 1 hour and 30 min. (You can add nuts if you like, less sugar, or another egg for extra moist. )Enjoy!
