Hello fellow moms! I wanted to share my new favorite smoothie recipe. As we all know, it can be a real challenge to get your child to eat veggies. Since my little guy is picky lately, I had to get creative. Little did I know, this is so easy to do. Let’s get started.              Ingredients:              Kale leaves                                                             

Spinach leaves.                            Frozen berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries).                                                            Apple juice.                                                         

Blend together and enjoy! My son went wild for this smoothie, and even had seconds! You can switch up the recipe too by adding yogurt, a banana, or different juice. This is one of the easiest recipes to make, and so healthy. If you make this often, you can buy a large bag of berries from Costco. So what are you waiting for?
